Course description

At Skype English Tutoring our teachers have many years of experience working for international companies. They will teach you the strategies, etiquette, typical expressions, and language needed for effective telephone communication at your job. You will develop your telephoning skills with role plays and demonstrate your ability to make phone calls that represent your company in a positive way.

Recommended class time
